Video #7: The new “Village of Leiali” -- a multi-billion-dollar project proposed and owned by the state's Department of Hawaiian Homelands, will probably fly ahead now that old Lahaina is gone. Latypova: "Looks like the Hawaiian Homelands Department is going to move Hawaiians from the lands that they used to own to housing where the land is owned by the government."
