We complain about doctors not giving us proper care these days, but this is a look into their lives. At the turn of the last century, America embraced a system of allopathic health care tied to chemical companies (to sell their patented chemical drugs ... see Ty Bollinger's Episode 1 video below). Medical doctors are trained to rely on diagnostic machines and prescribe these drugs. The human desire to "help people" is effectively wiped out by this training, involving strenuous rotations and sleep deprivation, which impairs cognitive function (reasoning, for instance) and thus reverts the brain to rote memorization ("what you do when this happens") taught by "the handbook."
